Today is Dr. Seuss’ Birthday. We all remember Dr. Seuss’ great adventures with The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, Put Me in the Zoo. What a great imagination and way to have kids join in the adventure of reading. Reading is an adventure that even young children can appreciate. Imagine snuggling up with your favorite blanket, your favorite book, something to drink like hot cocoa or milk, and seeing what world the book will open for you.
