What was even better was that he told us (with a very serious tone of voice) about how bad smoking is for people. I was THRILLED that his school started to address this topic with the 5 year-olds. As a parent I hope and pray that education, awareness, and open discussions in our home leads to prevention down the road. Talking about the dangers of smoking was really our first step!
